Julia Gorin started dancing tango in 2000, but before that she studied music (piano) and classical and modern ballet since she was six years old. In 2003 Julia founded the tango community in Cyprus and currently her former students are the international instructors of ArgentineTango. Living in Buenos Aires, she worked in such tango shows, as the famous Café Tortoni, Añoranzas Tango, the legendary “Sabor a Tango”, her ownshow “Stories of Immigrants" among others. She performed at the most prestigious milongas and also with many famous orchestras. Julia Gorin is a member of AMBCTA - the Asociación de Maestros Bailarines y Coreógrafos deTango Argentino (Association of the Professional Teachers, Dancers andChoreographers of Argentine Tango). She has created her own method of teaching(JG Tango Method), which is unique and effective, based on body consciousness,special approach to the musicality and logic of movements.  Julia is the creator of the tango-theater show “Relatos de Immigrantes” (Stories of Immigrants). She also was the organizer of the online festival Tango Exercise Marathon in 2020-2021.
